About the Parenting Advantage Course

In this course we will look at the Bible and different faith based resources in order to make our job as parents and guardians easier. We will learn together how to navigate through the issues and developmental stages of our Toddlers, Children, and Youth. Together through guided discussion groups we will glean from each other for support and understanding. In these possible frustrating and trying times we hope of avoiding the loss of affection and closeness that we all desire to have with our children.

Through this course we will get a better understanding of what the bible has to say about areas such as discipline, education, social behaviors, manners,and other questions that we may have. In addition, each course attendee and will have an opportunity to express their thoughts and suggestions. We all want it to be said about us that we are raising kids Gods way and bringing them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Our endeavor is for children to become a blessing and a testimony to everyone they meet in conduct, speech and attitude. We hope to be able to enrich the community of Elk Grove CA with these additional parenting resources and support groups.

We don't have any preset dates for our courses. When enough people are interested in taking a course, we will setup a class and notify everyone that has expressed interest.
